Similarly, product sizes and measurements are approximate, though we take every possible care to ensure they are presented as accurately as we can. We also make every reasonable effort to keep all product details, descriptions, and prices on the website correct and up to date.

Customers can view the reviews and ratings given for products across The Giftery Art website. These are self-expressed and have no intention of advertising a particular product or service. Customers are free to share their opinions of the products or services to help other users make better choices.

Cancellations and Refunds

Because each order is custom-made and personalised, we’re unable to accept cancellations once your order has entered processing. If you wish to cancel, it must be done before processing begins, and in that case, we’ll issue a 90% refund.

If your order arrives damaged (art, print, frame, or all of them), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with valid proof of the damage. Once verified, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are completed within 7 working days to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your happiness with our custom artwork truly matters to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with the design, we’ll happily make revisions based on your feedback until it feels right.

If after revisions you’re still not happy, we’ll issue a refund of the full amount (minus softcopy and artist charges).
Please note: this guarantee applies only during the design stage. Once the artwork has been approved, moved into production, or shipped, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Privacy (Artwork Sharing)

We value your trust and promise to protect your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you agree to the policy and confirm that the details you share are true and current.

We love celebrating the beautiful artworks we create together! From time to time, we may share images of completed pieces (without revealing personal information) on our website, social media, or in our portfolio. Violation & Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the website if it is determined that you have violated these Terms of Service or any related policies.

In the event that either you or the Company terminates your use of our services, you will remain responsible for any charges or payments related to orders placed prior to the termination.

Signature

The Giftery Art products may contain the artist’s signature. For paintings, sketches, and caricatures, the signature will appear as the artist’s name in a corner of the artwork.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is possible if the customer receives a damaged product. The complete product will be replaced without any extra cost.

The replacement request with valid proof (proof of damaged product) must be raised by the customer within 3 days of product delivery. The replacement will be shipped to the customer’s address in the chosen order duration (Normal / Express).

Total product replacement is not applicable for handmade paintings and pencil sketches if the artwork itself is not damaged.

Customisation Charges

Customisation charges are additional fees that may apply to certain orders, over and above the prices listed on the website. These charges are not applicable to every order, only to those requiring extra work.

If customisation charges are applicable, they will be communicated to the customer through an official call, WhatsApp chat, or email. Such communication may take place at one or more of the following stages:
a. During the initial sales enquiry, before the order is placed.
b. After the order is placed but before processing begins.
c. In some cases, during processing, if the customer requests extra customisation at that stage.

These charges reflect the additional artistic time, skill, and effort required to complete special requests. The final estimation of customisation charges rests solely with The Giftery Art.

Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for safeguarding their confidential details and are strongly advised never to share sensitive information such as their password, OTP, or credit/debit card details (including expiry date and CVV) with anyone — even if the person claims to be a The Giftery Art employee.

Please note: No employee of The Giftery Art will ever request such confidential information.

Consent & Liability

By placing an order for a custom photo merge, you agree to the following:

1. Image Responsibility:

   • You confirm that you have permission to use all images provided.

   • If the image includes others, you take full responsibility for their consent.

2. Liability:

   • The Giftery Art is not responsible for any issues arising from the merged image.

   • Any disputes or claims are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.

3. Usage & Privacy:

   • The final image will be shared only with the customer.

   • We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our policies.
