Refund and cancellation policy

Since each artwork is made with personal care and effort, cancellations do involve a small charge to cover the time and work already invested. The charges are as follows:

• For Digi Painting, the cancellation fee is ₹300.
• For Old Picture Digi Painting, the cancellation fee is ₹350.
• For Digi Merge Painting, the cancellation fee is ₹450.
• For Handmade Pencil Sketch, the cancellation fee is ₹550.
• For Handmade Painting, the cancellation fee is ₹850.

Please note: once a preview has been approved, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.

Dissatisfaction After Revisions

Every artwork is carefully compared with the original photo to ensure accuracy.

• In case of major mismatches, a full refund will be provided.
• For minor differences, a partial refund will be offered.

If a customer receives a damaged product, we will re-ship a new product to the same delivery address. The total product replacement is not applicable for Handmade painting and Pencil sketch if the artwork is not damaged. To raise a damage request, the customer must provide valid visual proof of the damage within 3 days of receiving the order.

In cases where a refund is applicable, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
