1. Do you ship outside of India?
Yes, we ship internationally.

3. What if I receive damaged artwork?
We use the safest packaging for our products. However, if any damage is found, please share the unboxing video (from the beginning) and photos on our WhatsApp. We will redo the work at no additional cost and send it to you.

4. Is COD available?
No, we do not provide COD at present.

5. What are your shipping charges?
We provide free delivery for certain categories. For other categories, delivery charges depend on the product and the delivery location.

6. What is the time taken to receive an order?
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a portrait preview within 5–10 business days. After you approve it, your artwork will be shipped and delivered within 5–9 business days.

Once the order is placed, our customer executive will contact you and share a preview of the artwork. After you confirm the preview, we will complete the artwork and ship it to your provided address.

Yes, we provide revisions until you are completely satisfied.

3. Can I cancel an order after it’s placed?
Once the work has started, cancellation is not possible. However, before the initial preview and edit, you can cancel your order.

4. Can I pre-book my order?
Yes, you can pre-book your order. This helps avoid delays in artwork completion during peak periods.

5. Can I place an urgent order?
Yes, you can. Please call or contact us through WhatsApp for urgent order placement.

1. If it’s a surprise gift, will the sender’s details remain unrevealed?
Yes, the sender’s details will remain confidential.

2. Do you share images and artworks on social media platforms?
If you prefer not to have your artwork shared, we respect your privacy and will not post it.

RETURN

1. Can I return the order after receiving it?
You can return the order only if it is defective and you have video proof of the unboxing from the beginning of the package opening.
